Are your snacks authentic?
Yes, our snacks are sourced from well-known brands across Asia and reflect authentic flavors and traditions from each country. All are the authentic products and imported from overseas!
Are the snacks fresh?
Absolutely! We check each product before packing and shipping to ensure none of the snacks are close to the 'best by' mark. Our cut off is that nothing will arrive within a month of the 'best by' date. We guarantee that! Please note, many Asian food manufacturers list the manufacturing date or use the DD/MM/YYYY format. In those instances, we will strive to provide the corrected date but may occasionally miss it. Just send us a message if you're concerned and we will gladly provide the details!
How fast do you ship?
Orders typically ship in 1–2 business days with tracking.
What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer ersponsible for the package. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for stolen or missing packages marked as delivered. We appreciate your understanding!
Do you include allergen info?
Some of our snacks come from multi-packs and are not labeled individually. However, we always keep this information available. Please contact us for allergen information before consuming if this is a concern and we will happily provide the information you need!
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We totally understand that mistakes happen! If you realize there's an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we are no longer able to reverse the shipping process so please double check your address at check out!
Will I enjoy your snack boxes?
We strive to offer a variety of flavors that range in their palatability for what we're used to in the West. Our boxes are designed to cater to those who are curious about cultural flavors but may not be too experiences with them.
For example, you may get any of the following flavors: seafood, wasabi, Sichuan peppercorn, lychee, red bean, mochi, kinako, matcha, sweet potato, ube, taro, coconut, pandan, macapuno, tamarind, and more!
We avoid stronger, more acquired tastes that may overwhelm beginners like durian, fermented shrimp/fish, ginseng, and natto.
